- Rear Seats will not recline, cust requested if reset will correct this concern – Test & Advise
- Technician found loose screws as well as a broken plastic piece inside of right front door panel. Removed debris and re-secured screws were they are supposed to go. No further recommendations at this time.
- Technician found multiple lights unplugged. Verified power & ground to al lights. Resecured lights and found no other issues at this time, however due to issues with the body control module (please see continued electrical testing notes), and evidence that someone else has been in all doors due to unplugged lights and misplaced screws, that lights control by body control module may be working intermittently. Advised customer, no further recommendations at this time.
- Technician was not able to reset rear seats and found that when the front seat memory system s being used, the rear seats are able to be adjusted / recline. If memory system is not being used, rear seat incline will not function. Technician verified power and ground at all electrical connectors to the body control module as we as at the rear seats and found the body control module to be faulting intermittently. Advised customer body control module will need to be replaced to correct concern.
